This Children's Mental Wellbeing programme is online, evidence -led on-demand and consists of eight age-appropriate modules. This programme is designed for Parents, Teachers, Early Years Practitioners, Social Workers, Social Care Workers, Youth Workers, SNAs, Counsellors, Home School Community Liaison Officers, and School Principals all of whom work with children aged 7+.

Partiipants can choose from over 65+ downloadable resources to work with to develop their own toolkit.
Through the use of interactive downloadable resources, and creative activities this fully interactive programme allows each child to play their part and have their voice. We have lots of children and user-friendly guided learning pathways and lesson plans in both printed-out and downloadable PDF formats.

The programme is designed to be delivered one hour a week for eight weeks, focusing on a different social and emotional skill each week depending on the children's needs at the time.

This early intervention method seeks to promote a culture of self-expression, listening, tolerance, and resilience.

After completing our programme, children learn how positive qualities such as kindness and compassion feel in their bodies. They explore what exclusion feels like in their bodies – and then discuss how inclusion makes them feel. Children learn to notice how others are feeling on the inside by the clues they give on the outside.

Emotional Intelligence was helpful! 🙂

Nice notes on healthy anger in relation to expressing anger in a healthy way. Also important to recognise that feelings change like the weather.

Independent Thinking was helpful! 🙂

Some of the students found it difficult to associate how they felt physically could be linked to how they felt mentally and emotionally. this lesson helped them to tune into their bodies and emotions more.

Emotional Intelligence was helpful! 🙂

Students were surprised to think that there were aspects of healthy anger and that it was ok to get frustrated from time to time however this should only be for short times it is when we are angry for the majority of the time it poses a problem.

Anger was helpful! 🙂

Acknowledging and reinforcing that anger is a normal emotion and response to frustration is something that I'm glad was emphasised as no emotion should be ignored; all should be identified and expressed.

Being Unique Module
"I love the fingerprint task because regardless of race, religion, gender etc we all have fingerprints yet they are unique. Our "gifts" are also lovely just some pupils honestly have such low self-esteem that they say they don't have any gifts."

Independent Thinking Module

"I think it is important for children to be able to identify how they are feeling and to have the tools to investigate their worry or if they need to share it. It is important for children to know that we all have worries and that is ok and to know there is always someone there to help."

Kindness Module

"It costs nothing to be kind to others. Something as simple as a smile or how are you today, can make someone feel very special. It is important to teach children how to be kind and to accept kindness in return.
